Victoria Ballroom Dance Society (VBDS) is a not-for-profit society (British Columbia Societies Act) of approximately 700 members. Membership is open to everyone in the community. The Society promotes ballroom dancing, provides dance education programs and training, organizes dances and competitions, and encourages an active lifestyle for all ages and skill levels.
Program Advertisements
Advertising is available in the souvenir program at the following rates:
- Full Page: $300 (Colour)
- Full Page: $250 (Black & White)
- Half Page: $150
- Quarter Page: $75
- Inside Front or Back Cover: $350
- Back Cover: $400
- Covers are "Colour" only.
All sponsors and donors will be recognized in the souvenir program and any promotional materials and will be appropriately acknowledged throughout the competition.
Sponsorship Program
Dance Pacifica is offering the following three levels available as a corporate or personal sponsorship
in 2011:
- GOLD: $1,000
- SILVER: $750
- BRONZE: $500
Gold & Silver sponsorship includes
a full-page ad in our souvenir program, two front row seats, the buffet dinner and, public acknowledgements throughout the day.
The Gold Level sponsorship also includes presentation of a trophy to the winners of a Vancouver Island Adult Open Championship competition.
The Silver Level sponsorship also includes the presentation of a Vancouver Island Adult Senior Championship trophy.
The Bronze Level sponsorship includes an 1/2 page ad, two seats, and the
presentation of a Senior Standard Gold trophy.
All sponsors and donors will be recognized in the souvenir program and any promotional materials and will be appropriately acknowledged throughout the competition.
Medals
Each Medal Set is $75.00. Dance Pacifica seeks
donations from the public to assist in the purchase of the many medal sets that
are awarded each year.
For each competition event, a set of six (6) medals will be presented: two each
for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
All sponsors and donors will be recognized in the souvenir program and any promotional materials and will be appropriately acknowledged throughout the day of competition.
